When User register with us using our web application https://epaper.e42.in/signup , you provide (a) email address, phone number, user name, password and other registration information; (b) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (c) Payment related information such as debit , credit card information or netbanking to enable document verification using our web application and Mobile Apps (d) Transactional information that you enter into our system (including data uploads and downloads) when using the web application or Mobile App as per the application functionality (e) Mobile device details while activating.
The Following mobile permissions are obtained for enabling user to utilize all the features of the ePaper Verify Mobile app
In addition, the ePaper applications may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, user machine unique ID, user IP address, user machine’s Operating System related details, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, your mobile operating system, Mobile IMEI number.

Please note that any information that you post to public areas such as on our social media pages may be seen by other visitors to those pages.
You can stop all collection of your information by ePaper applications by not using the ePaper applications from the date of your choice or by uninstalling the Mobile app. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device.
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the ePaper applications and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the web application or mobile app, please contact us at email@example.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Please note that some or all the User Provided Data may be required for ePaper applications to function properly.
We do not use the ePaper applications to solicit data from children under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will delete such information from our repositories within a reasonable time.

Our ePaper Verify mobile apps are companion apps for the ePaper web application. When a user interacts with ePaper web application, the data collected will be seamlessly made available in the ePaper Verify apps & vice versa.
